• It isn't just hooking, it's actually any interaction for the killer. I've had it stutter while picking up and also kicking a generator, at least once it cost me a game because I couldn't pick up and hook a survivor before they wiggled free. It's happened on Legion, Pig, Hillbilly, and Ghostface for me on PS4.
