i like it. The Bot needs to sacrefice itself for the player or its giving the killer even more time to find the last survivor.
Maby we need a rudamentary comunikation system. Maby like "Sea of Thefs" has. You could tell your teammates for examlple "Im going for hatch" so hesetent players at the gates also leave. And Bots on hook make it quick. :)
Little mark here. Players getting replased with bots when they leave during there death annimation. Why? They also get no Points and 5 min ban. I have ADHD and am forgetteble and impatient sometimes. Hate getting punishet for it. -
To be clear. This is not about telling players if they may leave or not. Players will do what they want. I'm asking to stop the punishment in this specific case.
It's just like in the real World. Cant make popele watch or lissen to wat yoou want. But why do we punish popele here? -
It's easy to say "when you get upset, just don't play the game" but people get upset regularly. Even content creators. If everyone who gets upset once in a while left, probably more than half the playerbase would be gone. Getting upset just means that players are invested, and that's a good thing. In fact, I get less upset if I get to quit unpunished. Moris and hook deaths are about 11–14 seconds long, and you're might be watching it for the 500th time.
The problem is when somebody sometimes instinctively quits out after a humiliating defeat. Of course this happens very rarely, because it's a perfectly balanced game with no exploits, no cheaters, your random teammates and you always play optimally, and there are for sure no OP killers.
All I'm asking is to not get punished for quitting after my functional game over, without being treated like I'm sabotaging my team. The current system actually tells the other players more than it needs to: when you leave in this case, a bot takes over your already dead character. It is simply missing a Game Over trigger for that player at the actual point of their functional game over.
Also, working with that "spaghetti code" would actually make them more capable of doing innovations in the future. But I'm not underestimating their ability to handle their own system that's why I dare to ask.
