  • to the killer mains here, dont worry, after the ptb, as always, half the things you see as scary will get a nerf or be removed, but you will maintain all the buff you are getting.

having to wait 5+ minutes for a trial is not going to be solved on the other hand, because people dont want to play survivor as the game is now, and the game is not going to change much from now to after the ptb. i can already see the hens video saying that this update is going to be disastrous for example, and be sure that bhvr will hear and listen to his feedback

  • i think someone is scared of showing the april stats here…

like, we dont you show then as soon as may arrives? i dare you behaviour, release the stats in april, lets see what has happened this last month in dbd.

btw, you should release stats each and every month, to be fair, the stats should even be offered for players to see instead of players having to make their own stats in nightlight, but given that you guys dont do that, you should at least give them each month. and releasing them at the end of april for 3 months is not good. we want them per month and we really want to see the ones in april, because someone somwhere released something a little bit too TOTALLY OP, and the least you can do for your players is show the results of that.

unless you want to act like nothing is happening and we continue with the 5+ minute killer queue times, im sure that is going to do wonders to the new players in june with fnaf arrives when they have to wait like 10+ to play with the killer

  • bots this bots that... almost all of what you say here is nonsense. bots are simply here so that if a survivor DCs, the other survivors still have a change at winning that game. that can only be good. and they are also there so that stupid hatch plays or dc-ing to negate perks to the killer stop. is 100% something good for the people still playing the game, is only bad for the dc-ers, since they now affect the game less, and ironically, since dc-ers are usually bad at the game, is not even going to be much difference between one and the bot it leaves behind

  • im ok with this change but would change the people that go to a different server, i would do it so that the people tha complain too many times about other players by pressing that button are the ones that go to their particular server, full of whiners like them, once there if you keep complaining by pushing the button you simply stay there more and more time, while the others get to go to the real server after a while. of course there would be not info that you are on the different server or the time that you have to stay in it,

  • there is always a risk so i wouldnt show then until the match is over... but, i would add a "historic" function somewhere on the game so that you can go see data on previous games even after you leave. like i dont know, last 20 games get their endscreen recorded entirely and you can check them somewhere.

  • would agree with you on point 2 now that you mention it. if the gates are on, also having the hatch is too good for the survivors, they already have 2 doors, would be more interesting for the match if they have to use them instead of also having a random hatch. or at the very least the aura of the hatch should be visible to the killer so that he knows were the third option is, would make those situations more interesting and more killer sided, they are too survivor sided if it comes to gates plus hatch.

but point 1... i mean, when im playing killer i dont like it when i do very well and the last survivor evades me because luck is on their side, but when i play survivor that hatch/gate endgame is sometiimes the hope that makes you want to still play the match, plus when a survivor escapes using hatch or gates after hatch is closed.... that is not a real escape, i wouldnt count that as you losing a survivor, the killers has to kill 3 survivors to win, the fourth one is just the cherry.

So if at the start of the game, the Knight picks three gens and never leaves them, how do the survivors "not give the knight a 3 gen"?

i have seen other killers picking a 3 gen from the start with eruption and the like, even a 4 gen if haddonfield allows it with the ones that can appear near the main house. and i have been able to break it with randoms on solo queue. not always, is hard, but is not guaranteed that the killer can maintain a 3 gen even if they want for the start.

and again, is not the knight the one that is powerful on a 3 gen is the perks that the knights are using. if the knight is using 3 gen regresion perks that rely on gen kicking of course if going to be a powerful gen kicker. but that is not reason to not boost his power. just look at nurse, she has everything, and startruck and noed still work on her and they continue to give her powerful aura reading perks, one each update. all the knight has going for him right now is that if he prepares his build around maintaining 3 gens, and the map happens to have a strong 3 gen and the survivors happen to not carry faster gen progression perks/items... then he can actually do something unfair? all the killers can do something unfair with those "if" clauses, even trapper, just hear this:

trapper runs agitation iron grasp... deadlock? and other perk, if the map has a good basement, he can down one survivor, bring him to be basement, trap it and is 100% killed. you want one even more unfair? if bubba facecamps a survivor, even without perks, is also almost 100% killed. there are countless of things like that in the game. knight has that one, and that one only. and just because he can be strong in a 3 gen situation by using all the gen regression perks availabe for it you are going to deny him of a needed buff when there are far more strong and opresive killers in the game that can also be strong in a 3 gen situation with those perks, even stronger.

the same setup on a blight is stronger simply because blight can make weak 3 gens still work since he is super fast. or nurse, or spirit... and those killers can do other things that knight cant. and the problem is still knight? i dont thnik so. knight needs help, the problem with the 3 gen situation is a perk problem, not a knight problem, the knights power shouldnt suffer for going towards the one estrategy that is viable to him as things are now.

  • thanks for answering, yes is true that the knight has a strong 3 gen setup. but that has the easy counter of survivors actually learning not to give knight a 3 gen, the same that you learn not do drink from fountains when facing plague or not to stay close when facing legion... is very countereable. plus, is not really the knight what is strong, but the perks that he uses, which are probably going to be nerfed sooner or later, and then the knight would be good at nothing.

maybe no two patrols from the start, but the ability to summon a second one after the first one is at a hunt i feel like is needed
