Why is the event store so "small"?

Or rather why do you get so many Banquet Coins when you need like 10% of them for the store, the rest just sits there until the end of event

    You get bloodpoints out of them in the end of the event.

    I know, it's just that with events in the past I could buy the whole store and in the end have like 100-300 event currency before it's over. Not like 1000. And I usually play Event only until it's over

    They gave like 500 free event currency because there was a bug in the start of the event that caused event currency not being saved. So some people lost all of it that they could get in the first quests. I lost maybe about 100 and I have 825 left currently. So without that I would have 325 currently.
