It refers to returning to level 1 after achieving level 50.

-according to the P100s I know, you're guaranteed to get 2 pink items, addons or offerings every bloodweb once you're prestige 100 level 50

It's definitely higher odds, maybe like an extra 1-2% per prestige?
In the past, the probability of rare items, offers, and add-ons has increased by 1% for each build of luxury goods. So if you do three prestiges, it goes up to 3%. I asked because I thought DBD would not have deleted this system. I don't have any information as to whether 3% will remain the same or 100% will go up.
