Game crash ban
Every one or two games, he crashes my game and gets me a temporary ban. Can it be fixed? The internet connection is good, at some point in the game while performing a certain action I have a crash. Due to the fact that it happened a few times, I got banned for 24 hours. Can it be fixed?

If you're crashing when performing a specific action, you'll need to file a bug report. What action is it?
And yes, you get a penalty for DCing from the game - which honestly should be higher, as there are too many people who still DC deliberately.

Definitely something to contact support about. They'll be able to look at your crash logs and help you from there.
