Killer Idea: Killer that makes parts of the map dark

Ive been asking for this from launch. Wouldnt it be cool to have a killer that makes the map really dark where ever they walk like even darker than the map offering we usedd to have. They took away our map offerings so they could give us a killer that makes the map dark and has increased vision, giving them an upper hand
