I doubt anything about it will be changed.
As for Nurse's changes on the PTB.. its the dedicated servers holding her back there.
At least the addons, some were painful.
Most needed change, tbh. I am not mad in the slightest about that.
I hope they keep her base and rework the cooldown addons. I feel like they going to release her in this state.
