Endgame builds at higher ranks

I've noticed the higher you rank as a killer it seems like gen rushing becomes more frequent even with ruin. Would an endgame build be a good way of combating this? Using perks like noed, remember me, bitter murmur, and blood warden. If it is what would be an ideal killer to use with?

    On the old system where you needed kills to rank up, once I realized this, I started strategizing around the end game. I only used Michael and my goal was to get to rank one.

    I camped the first guy to death. I would have tier 3 locked and loaded of anyone came near. If they didn’t get gens done, which was 99% of the time they were scrwed.
