Clown add ons questions

Does anyone the the values on “Increases Intoxicicated Effect Duration” for the following add ons : 

1. Garish Make Up Kit
2. Ether Bottles (5%/10%/15% respectively)

Does that include the slow down effect, or is it just the vision impairment? 

I’d like to try a new build on Clown, and knowing the values, as well if it also increases the slow down duration or not would be helpful and much appreciated.

    Ether 5 Vol%: +0.33s
    Ether 10 Vol%: +0.66s
    Ether 15 Vol%: +1s
    Garish Makeup Kit: +0.66s

    From my expirience, they reduce vision and increase the duration of Hindered status effect as well.

    Increase the afterpiece tonic effect increases the duration of gas, intoxication effect boost is the penalties effect duration.Hope this helps
