Can we get a time-table on when dedicated servers are on and off?
Do you have schedule or time-table on when dedicated servers are on/off? That way, I can plan my games accordingly.

I don't think it's quite that simple.
To get them to a stable state they put them on live for testing and gather the data. They then have to see what the issues have been and make tweaks to them before testing again. There is no set time for how long that can take after each test.
A notification when they're on would be the polite thing to do for you customers. For instance they're on now for my area, if we've been told I don't know where the notification is.
