Simple Changes to Spirit

1.) Remove her collision while phasing

2.) Make her phasing sound audible while within the terror radius (still allows for plenty of mind games).

3.) Make Prayer Beads inaudible WITHIN her terror radius/during a chase. Allows for a more favorable mind game to the Spirit.
