Hillbilly Add-on ideas and rarity changes

Since the devs want to tidy up the killer addons and make every killer have 20 addons -- Common (4), Uncommon (5), Rare (5), Very Rare (4) and Ultra Rare (2) -- I thought I'd try to think of ideas on what to do with Billy's. The addon changes made for Billy will also carry over to Leatherface since they share most of their addons.

  • Speed Limiter made Common instead of Uncommon.
  • Long Guide Bar made Common instead of Uncommon.
  • Spiked Boots made Common instead of Uncommon.
  • Spark Plug made Uncommon instead of Common.
  • Chain File and Homemade Muffler combined into one Uncommon addon.
  • Primer Bulb and Depth Guage Rake combined into one Rare addon.
  • Carburetor Tuning Guide made Very Rare instead of Rare.
  • NEW Very Rare addon: Best Selling Mix - Tremedously decreases chainsaw cooldown, slightly increase chainsaw charge time.
  • NEW Ultra Rare addon: Shredded Chains - Considerably (50%) mangled effect, Considerably (15%) reduced repair speed, 180 seconds.
  • NEW Ultra Rare addon: Choke Valve Upgrade - Moderately decreases chainsaw charge time, Moderately decreases chainsaw cooldown, moderately decreases bumping cooldown, considerably decreases noise made by chainsaw.

Overall changes

Common: Speed Limiter, Vegetable Oil, Long Guide Bar, Spiked Boots.

Uncommon: Spark Plug, Homemade Muffler (+Chain File), Shop Lubricant, Grisly Chain, Death Engravings.

Rare: Primer Bulb (+Depth Gauge Rake), The Thompson's Mix, Light Chassis, Doom Engravings, Rusted Chains.

Very Rare: Thompson's Moonshine, Begrimed Chains, Carburetor Tuning Guide, Best Selling Mix.

Ultra Rare: Shredded Chains, Choke Valve Upgrade.

P.S I don't know anything about chainsaws I just made the addon names up off of google, no booli.
