Wondering about another cosmetic shard "sale"

Hi, so I play Nea a lot and I was wondering if either the Blue hoodie (or whatever it's called, the one with the pink stripes) or the newest cosmetics (the one with the backpack and skateboard) will go on a shard sale?

I know that BHVR did those for some cosmetics (not exacly sure which) but I was wondering if the ones I metioned above would also go on one of those sales or if there is no point to me saving my shards.

Thanks in advance.
