Why everyone cleanse against my Plague?
Currently i play on rank 11, but everyone cleanse the moment they got infected, and saturated all the pool before i even noticing. Is this a new counter to plague?

It's because you're rank 11.
The higher you climb, the less people will cleanse.
Lower ranks might find being broken a bit scarier than higher ranks. So you'll see that a lot around lower ranks.
Then is there any good build for this rank?
