Breakdown Of Hex Totem Design?

I would really like to try and make an authentic looking hex totem and was wondering if they have released any great pictures that shows of what might be apart of it (such as the dangling bits). One of the things looks like a flask maybe? I've looked up pictures but haven't found anything of higher quality resolution.
