New Teleporting Killer: Idea

What do you think of a killer that can teleport around corners, or loops. Not the Nurse, It would have to feel much different. It would be quiet and feel more like a horror movie. My idea is being able to charge it like Freddy's new teleport, and pop around a corner in front of the survivor like peak-a-boo Myers.

I know my idea isn't that good, so what are your ideas for a new teleporting killer?

    I think it could work if it was like a strategical placement

    If you begin a teleport you get an overhead view for a brief moment say 5 seconds then you're able to place a marker where you teleport
