Hotfix patches and mud chapter patches are different. Hotfix are sent out shortly after the release of a new chapter to fix issues that weren't handled during the testing phase as well as any new ones that crop up. They tweak things a bit sometimes too, just depends.
Mid chapter patches occur between two main release chapter that can either add onto existent content or bring something new.

The next Mid Chapter patch is expected to come in October. The hotfix is not the mid-chapter patch.
