Can’t start a custom game?

I can create the lobby but when I try to invite friends it says it’s unavailable and the connection is lost. But if it’s a normal SWF I can invite them no problem

update, I restarted the game and now I can invite them, only issue now is we can’t start the game, it starts the loading screen then we just all end up back in the lobby to queue again.
