Surge---No Basic Attack Requirement
So a good strategy with Demo is to land the first hit normally and then use your Shred to make up the distance, Surge only activates with a Basic attack so it doesn't even synergize with the Killer it came with; just like Iron Maiden and Legion.
The perk already has a cooldown so the Basic attack thing is just another needless limitation, this perk would be amazing on Billy and Michael just like Infectious Fright does. This perk is for map pressure, something no Killer except the top tier Killers have so every Killer can benefit from this perk if you take away this one simple part. Cruel Limits was dead on arrival since everyone is afraid to make good perks, please stop giving us weird limitations like this. When the ST chapter was announced the perks looked perfectly fine until you buffed one side then nerfed the other, this chapter gave me hope and now I wonder why I bother having any.
