Slow and Steady (Rare)

You are able to do your best doing things slower. Your slow vault speed is increased by 50%. Skillchecks go by 10%/20%/30% slower.

I would like to see a perk that increase the vaulting speed, especially the slow vault.

I don't know how the skill check speed one would work. It would be really good for new players at the game but may make ruin skill checks a bit too easy. Good idea though mate
