So, has anyone developed a viable strategy against the clown? I hate running sprint burst, but it’s the only perk I know that currently counters him.

    His biggest counter is quite simply rushing gens. He gets rushed so hard that he will not be able to do anything at high rank. He has very bad snowball. Just rush the gens and clown will be a nonissue.

    Noed clown is a demon with bleach bottle, I tell you that much. Don't loop the clown, run from the clown like you would in an actual horror movie, an actual path. Map awareness will help you out.

    i got to rank 1 with clown and the hardest thing for me was survivors gen rushing and abandoning loops early so i couldnt get a free hit in

    Countering Clown is rather simple :
    1. Split up. He can only put pressure on one survivor at a time.
    2. Do gens quickly. There's no way he can actually stop you if you rush them.
    3. In chase, don't hesitate to drop pallets early, downing pallets is better than taking hits.
    4. In chase, do NOT stay at the same juking spot over and over. Leave to another spot, come back, go to another, and such. This is one of the only way to make the gas unnefficient. Once you counted 4 bottles, try "looping" him like a regular M1 killer.
    5. Stealth is still an option to some extent.

    Don't linger in the exit gate to taunt. Seen way to many survivors get gassed and downed with NOED. Run outta the gate like the ice cream truck man is giving out free pops!
