Surge needs a buff

Surge needs to be buffed so its not restricted to basic attacks (mostly for demigorgon since i never had it proc once in a match because most of the downs were via Shred)

EDIT : Surge should get the buff Dark Devotion got (aka you get Dark Devotion effect as long as you hit your obsession with either basic hit or ability), aside from that shred should apply on-hit status effects like sloppy butcher or surge itself because at the moment it dosen't.

Actually , the real problem is demogrogon shred, it dosen't apply any effects (sloppy butcher, third seal) or you don't gain any stacks on STBFL.

@Peanits Im sorry for this ping but was it intended for Demogorgon's Shred to not apply on hit effects or gain benefits from STBFL for hitting non-obsession survivors?

i think all this happens with pigs lunge,hatchets,and chainsaws so it probably is intentional

Well it would be nice to atleast get an answer from the developer himself right? but it quite stupid for shred to not apply say sloppy. (same goes for pig lunge, why did you guys nerf her?)
