Lets talk about "slow down" perks
I hate Ruin.
I just hate it as killer player.
I dont want use it, because its a hex.
But I dont have other good options.
Dying Light and Thana are trash.
Sloppy Butcher is meeeh..... and I dont like this Plague Perk, because its a wasted perkslot after 2 min.
I use currently "Pop goes the Weasel",
because its fine.
But I would rly like a passive slow down perk, like thana or dying light.
Thats just my opinion.
