Autodidact

You remember this perk released with Adam? In concept it's a good perk and In my opinion is the counter to sloppy butcher when you build up the tokens. But a small quality of life buff could be that with this perk the chance for a skillcheck to occur is increased. Idk. Discuss about your opinions on this healing perk

  • Autodidact is trash.

If you want a counter to Sloppy Butcher, use Botany Knowledge.

There should be something like, "For every half of a health state you heal, receive a token." Because you can heal someone without encountering any skill checks. At least your guaranteed 2 tokens per every heal, and no, the bonus progression doesn't count towards the token requirements — only the part you healed normally will be counted. :)

Or maybe just increase the chance for skill-checks? Seems easier and less mechanically complex.

Imagine if you try healing someone and at 45% of a heal done, they decide to randomly press shift and cancel the heal. Now they've denied you a token.
