Discordance Tier 1 is better than Discordance Tier 2 & 3

Bcs lower tiers of this perk give more notifications and information.

If survivors moved away from the gen, Tier 1 Discordance will let me know this sooner.

With increasing levels of the Perk should decrease the cooldown, 12/10/8 seconds.

Only character is dislike discordance 1 is on huntress as the explosion makes it difficult to aim at survivors on or near the generator. With any other character discordance 1 is the best.
