Lag during matches (don't know what do do)

I'm reposting this seriously, without any meme. Since yesterday, it's been 4 times that I met somebody holding a 60/80 ping, that in the match transformed it into a 220/250 ping, where you kinda can't even move.

I.... I don't know what do do anymore...these cheaters are becoming stronger than before, I suppose
