Legion: chain frenzy should stack your ability timer

Imo a frenzy chain attack (hitting another survivor) should not just refill your bar but actually stack and give you more time. This would allow to have more opportunities to hit multiple survivors since once you hit 1-2 survivors the others ran already so far away it's often impossible
