Survivor perk idea
A perk where you can take charges from other items for your own item....
say you have an engineer's toolbox and you find a common toolbox in a chest.... this perk would give you the ability to take 80%, 90%, 100% of that toolboxes charges for your purple toolbox.....
Again this me spitballing the idea to create a discussion..... more could be added like you have a medkit but find a toolbox----> maybe you get a smaller portion of charges for the medkit from a toolbox.....
Thoughts?, ideas?........discuss
