Nurse. Yep the title is nurse (and a tangent about skill caps)

Why are 50% of the threads complaining about a killer a nurse? Sure she may be annoying to play against and does have strong add ons and perk combinations but billy is also an annoying killer who can do amazingly even on bad maps due to his ability to consistently insta down.

It's meant to be 4 team mates vs 1 power role. If a strong killer is strong because people have put time into learning it then they kinda deserve to do well.

Nerfing nurse would mess with all that muscle memory that people have put into learning the nurse and it would kinda be just a big "screw you" to those poeple and those who are good enough at killer in general to use nurse,

Don't nerf nurse. Her add ons possibly but instead focus on bringing other killers into her line - a high skill cap with a high reward. Albeit some killer designs don't allow this but let's use wraith as an example

Wraith has a simple power with a simple initial learning curve. But the more you start to min max his power with decloak and cloak bating in addition to optimised cloaking to either break a pallet or to catch up to a survivor the harder this curve becomes - for very little reward

(what I'm saying it buff the min maxy aspects of powers like this to make learning their mechanics well to be rewarding rather then just buffing the power as a hole which will increase the skill cap)

  • I didn't post this as a question wth?

  • Just because she takes skill doesn't negate the fact she's OP.

Similar to fighting games in balancing in general, you're supposed to balance around the characters highest potential.

Nurses highest potential breaks the game. Simple.
