Monitor and abuse +/or furtive chase on doctor
Doctor has the best way to detect survivors early game - his terror radius. But if you detect them from 40 or more metres away that tracking is kinda bad unless you have the add one that reveals auras when survivors increase in madness because they can just simply run away before you get to them.
So by having a smaller terror radius your tracking is more accurate, and if you also have a smaller terror radius in Chase you don't risk other survivors just walking into it and becoming safe from the initial tier one scream later on while you can safely shock the survivor in Chase to attain tier 3 tracking.
So if you think about it....having a large terror radius can actually hurt the doctor. But it all depends on how you play
This isn't saying a large terror radius is bad but it's also saying that a smaller terror radius on doctor isn't bad either

Is there a question in there ? Because the answer is: Monitor & Abuse is a good perk, while Furtive Chase is a trash fire.
Reducing your TR outside of chases with M&A is great to get closer to the survivovrs and catch them off-guard. And the increased TR in chase can throw off other survivors who might think you are closer than you really are and might try to hide instead of working the gens.
Meanwhile Furtive Chase does nothing until you hook your obsession at least once. The perk then provide you with the complelty useless benefit of reducing your TR in chase only, wich does not actually help the chase in any way shape or form. At best you can surprise another unsuspecting survivor if you happen to run by them ? But then what ? You give up your initial target for the new one ? You don't gain anything from switching targets unless the new one is allready wounded. Oh and if you kill your obsession you lose all your stacks. Amazing.
Forget Furtive Chase. In its current form its a terrible perk that should never be used because anything else would probably be more valuable.
Ninja doctor build is a thing.
