Why is the Pig Leather cosmetic more than the usual $10 price?

Every other very rare outfit, including ones from the Pig collection are 1080 auric cells, which is perfect for the $10 pack which gives you 1,100 auric cells.

Also why are cosmetics $10 when a brand new survivor and killer is less than that?

Testing out how far people are willing to pay so they can maybe raise the price in the future for all cosmetics.

    Jk, probably licence issues

Most likely due to the extra sound effects the Drill has, im guessing.

She is a licensed character. Probably making up the difference after the license holder's cut <3 Although, I will agree cosmetics are expensive.
