Can you possibly put eyeless jack in the game for the next killer

This would be a cool killer in the game he could pull people into darkness kind of like the nightmare and the survivor would coved in darkness and would be highlighted for eyeless jack for 5 seconds after the survivor gets out of the killers terror radius. Also the survivor will be free from the darkness after 60 seconds.
