Can I keep my stuff on different platforms?

So, I mostly played on ps4, and I got alot of stuff on ps4, alot of killers that I paid for, and alot of cosmetics, however today, i just got myself a good PC :) and I was wondering if it's possible to keep all my stuff? Like to somehow transfer all my data from ps4 to PC? It won't be fair if I have to buy everything again, after I got all those hours on the game

:(

Currently, no. As far as we are aware, there is no plans to implement cross progression.
