Ok so how do i get 2 teachables from 1 killer.
I wanna gather up 1 million blood points and rank my nurse up to lvl 35. So there i can choose "a nurses calling"
If i want "thanatophobia" aswell do i have to prestige her or what?

Thanatophobia level 35
A Nurse's Calling level 40
No prestige they are able to unlock when you get to those levels.
You unlock teachable perks at level 30-35-40 and you don't need to prestige to unlock them.
Or you can also unlock teachables with the shrine
