Survivor perk idea: nine lives

So I had the idea for a perk called nine lives that would allow you to be hooked and extra time I have really fleshed it out so I'm looking forward to what people think of my idea and maybe adding on to it


Rank 1 of the perk gives you a 25% chance to get hooked an extra time

Rank 2 gives you a 50% chance to get hooked an extra time

Rank 3 gives you a 100% chance to get to get hooked and extra time

    I think i seen something like this somewhere. Anyway i think it needs to be an earned perk. So it doesnt get abused.

    I think you get less time to be rescued by 5,15,30%.
