Why is vaulting so slow some times?
More than often, im getting chased by the killer, and I'm running to a window (looking directly at the window) and i can clearly see how my character stops and does a slower vaulting instead of instantly jumping over, and that gives the killer a bigger chance to hit me, like it is not enough that they can still hit you even when you already vaulted.

You're approaching it at the wrong angle. You need to run straight at a window for 2-3 meters in order to trigger the fast vault. They've also changed it so that if you're touching a wall, you cannot fast vault.
