Regulation on console
Is there a way to see who uses Wake Up/Mending bugs on console? From what I understand there isn't a way without video recording. I need clarification for this so I can record some of this to submit in a ticket in the event that it does occur.
Will dedicated servers help alleviate some of these steps as well?

The bugs are fixed, so what is your problem?
The bugs you mentioned are now fixed, so it should not be a problem now :)
With that being said, there is not much else that you can do other than following the standard reporting procedure, as of now..
