The Freddy rework is in the mid-chapter update. There's no exact date for that yet, though.
Mid chapter so ptb in 3-4 weeks then release early august or so.

Will he still be invisible entire game?
@tomikomPL he will fade in and out while in his terror radius. Always visible while asleep. Sleeping is automatic
