Do GF addons stack?
If it doesn't specifically say "does stacks," or "does not stack," do we assume it does? Like increased recovery rate for his Shroud?

Yes, they do stack. The devs are just too lazy to put in the description.
In the ptb when he was super weak the addons cannot be stack now it does stack if you think that its not stack then it should say it down below of that especific addon
