Outdated
After doing some research, i found out that Monstrous Shrine is currently the only original Killer Perk that hasn't had ANY changes AT ALL.
Stridor is a close 2nd, though that was in free DLC, not at launch.
Anyway, Mcote said during the anniversary stream: The game has changed. A LOT!
And i agree, which is why this outdated meme Perk that some people don't even know it exists needs to get some sort of buff, addition or rework to even be considered for builds.
