    Yes it does. This should not be too much of a problem because Spine Chill doesn't tell you which direction he is coming from.

    I suspect we'll be seeing more Object of Obsession and Premonition being run to be honest. They do a much better job telling you where the killer is.

    Possibly people using keys with aura-reading addin's as well.

    Maybe in the first couple of weeks when people are playing Ghostface a lot, but I can't imagine people will keep carrying those perks/items beyond that.
