You can equip three charms. For survivors they appear on the pants and for killers on the hooks
Are the purely cosmetic? Or do they provide small bonuses?
Also, will they release with GhostFace?
@Gardenia Cosmetic 100% they're just ornaments saying you completed Archive challenges.
They release in the fall
As far as seen on leaks, just three extra cosmetic customizations, no bonuses and yes, they come in the 3.0.0 with ghostface (14th) and for the 18th there is guaranteed a charm for both roles (a birthday cake)

@Angelicus23 So far there has been no official mention of them coming with Ghostface.
There was no charms UI in the 3.0.0 PTB either.
They likely won't be here until the first archive set for mid chapter 13.
They should have been as a surprise, but if you see the ghostface leak version videos you will find them. If they last to come for the mid chapter, it's stupid then to have already made a birthday cake.
