A Map Idea
Reading the lore, we know there's a Void where the empty shells of Survivors drained of all hope go. This is where the Entity puts them once they are useless for being fed on.
So why not a map (or map type to overlay current maps) where there's shady shells (the empty outline model of the Survivors) prowling along the outside walls?
As well as Husks on the map itself doing the following:
(Note, they all look like Survivors picked by the players until something happens. Read below)
Crouch walking
Crouch spamming (the global sign for 'heal me')
Sprinting in random directions
Pointing at random
Looking like they are fixing generators, complete with sounds only a bit fainter than real Gen repair
Appearing on a hook with a yell
Writhing on the ground, as if being Mori'd
If a Killer or Survivor gets close enough to interact with the Husk (note: it is proximity based. No actual interacting needed), it's outer image of a normal Survivor fades away and it stops doing it's animation.
If it's a Killer, the Husk crouches in fear and shivers. (Perhaps you can hear faint 'No! No!' & 'Not me! Take her/him!')
If it's a Survivor, the Husk watches them for a few seconds. (Perhaps with faint lines of 'Heal me!' and 'You could have saved me!')
In my head, this would make for a damn spooky map that misleads both the Killer and Survivors. And all those shady eyes and shapes watching from on the walls, reminding the Survivors of their eventual fate..and probably the Killers as well.
Tell me what you think!

That COULD be interesting. Just couple points:
1) how would aura reading work. Do they just get ignored or something?
2) this would hurt killers more.
3) it would break the "nothing talks (while in trial)" thing. Everyone grunts or screams nothing else
1) Depends on the aura: For a fake hooking, there would be a noise indication and person hanging until 'dead' or someone gets close enough . Same with 'downed' survivors.
..Basically everything as normal until it fads out normally, or someone gets close (Killer or Survivor)
2) Maybe. I feel it would hurt the unaware of both sides.
3) Yeah, that's why it was a 'perhaps'. I was not sure if it would break the talking.
Then again, to me, Survivors don't talk because they are scared the Killer will hear them. A Husk would be reliving the last nightmares or just too far gone to not talk.
