The Time Is Wrong In The E-Mail for the Vanilla Experiment

I put in my special code in but the drop down menu does not have the public test as an option, am I doing something wrong or is it not available yet?

EDIT: The time is just wrong and the test would be starting 2 hours later than the EDT time they said. Go by the UTC or about 2 hours from now.

Restart steam and it should appear, however I'm currently getting an "EAC cannot be instantiated" code at the main menu.

Nevermind, the timing is just wrong in the e-mail.

10am EDT is not the same time as 4PM UTC

Yeah I'm having the same problem of not being able to get in because of EAC.
