You know what might be a fun combo?
on the wraith: "The Ghost" - Soot + "The Beast" - Soot
The perk's don't really matter that much probably, but the idea is to make survivors think you are uncloaking when you are actually cloaking and that you are cloaking when you are uncloaking in order to get them to lower their guard.
Thought's? At the very least it's kinda a funny idea.
