If i have all the perks of a character, but dont have the character, could i get a discount?

For example i bought all of Hags perks with iredescent shards, but i dont have the hag.

Any chance in the future i'll be able to buy the Hag with iridescent shards ( or something ) but discounted for each perk i own? ( lets say 15% / 30% / 45% )

    Interesting idea but it'll never happen. Behavior wants their money so shard prices gonna remain high.
