Hitbox issue or Bug?

They need to be fixed to make it more fair for everyone. There was this LF who was stunned + missed while there was this person hooked. While he was doing that animation literally being on the OTHER side of the person, having no way of touching me, I instantly become insta downed.

If this is a bug, please fix it. This is really stupid that I ended up being completely downed while I was on a perfectly safe side in no way of being touched.
