Speed hacker was in my game

Just played a game were it was easy but this person was playing bill and was speed hacking, It was insane how fast bill was, It was insane.


At the end game this bill said ez, Started to give me crap and started gg ez.., How can people think its "FUN" when they are cheating..


I didnt even like cheating in GTA Vice City, I know its single player but i really dislike any cheating.


I bet this person doesnt even get banned or punished for using a speed hack, Running faster than the killer most off the game?... Ok sure..


What caught my eye the most is the fact that i caught everyone else just fine but this Bill was faster than me.. :/

and there account was only level 5 and hide there "PlayTime" aswell, It sounds fishy to me.
