Might be a bit of sway of medkit and such but no
the game isn’t really realistic though...
I’d imagine that healing someone in real life would take more than rubbing their back for a few seconds.
A Tin Box with a Syringe weights at least less than a pound.
When killers carry male survivors they'll move x% slower, bone and muscle density.
